GLOBAL/SET/201002 22 February 2010 Subject : The company results of operations for the year ended 31 December 2009 Attention : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Siam Global House Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to declare the audited financial position and the company results of operations for the year ended 31 December 2009. The net profit was Baht 358.98 million, increased by Baht 489.88 million, or 374.25% compared with the previous year ,that increasing more than 20% , which resulted from the following reasons; 1. The company had other incomes for the year ended 31 December 2009 total of Baht 264.00 million, increased by Baht 230.04 million, or 677.41% compared with other incomes for the year ended 31 December 2008, which was Baht 33.96 million. The company has recognized revenue from liquidated damage from the insurance company and sales of salvage assets from the fire incident in November 2008. The total other incomes net from loss on fire accident which recognized in previous year is about Baht 214.72 million 2. The company had administrative expenses for the year ended 31 December 2009 total of Baht 335.66 million, decreased by Baht 255.94 million, or 43.26% compared with the year ended 31 December 2008, which was Baht 591.60 million. For the main reason is in 2008 the company recognized loss from fire incident in November 2008 total of Baht 284.14 million. 3. Selling expenses for the year ended 31 December 2009 was Baht 49.77 million,decreased by Baht 11.22 million, or 18.40% compared with the previous year, which was Baht 60.99 million. The decrease was resulted from change in administrative strategies. Please be informed accordingly.
