12 November 2009 No. GLOBAL/SET-200903 Subject : To submit process of reporting the Interim and Annual Financial Statements Attention : The Director and Managing Director The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Siam Global House Public Company limited ("Company") would like to inform the process of reporting the Interim and Annual Financial Statements as follows : 1. The Interim Financial Statements (Reviewed) In each year, the Company will submit the reviewed interim financial statements of the Q1,Q2 and Q3 within 45 days from the last day of each quarter but the Company will not submit the pre-reviewed interim financial statements. And the Company will not submit the reviewed and pre-reviewed interim financial statements of the Q4. 2. The Annual Financial Statement (Audited) The Company will submit the annual financial statements (audited) within 60 days from the last day of its accounting period (the last day of the accounting period is December 31) The Company will consistently submit the Financial Statements as per informing.
