No. GLOBAL/SET/201004 22 February 2010 Subject: Cancelled Old Record Date and Set New Record Date for the Name of Shareholders entitling to attend at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the year 2010 To : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand President Accordingly to the resolution in the Board of Directors' Meeting of Siam Global house Public Company Limited on the 19th February 2010, No. 1/2010, about the record date for the name of shareholders entitling to attend at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the year 2010, the Board of Directors' Meeting of Siam Global House Public Company Limited No.2/2010 was held again on Monday 22th February 2010 at 11.30-12.00 a.m. and has cancelled resolution No. 6 about record date for the name of shareholders entitling to attend at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the year 2010 that shall be recorded on Thursday 4 March 2010 and cancelled date on Friday 5 March 2010 shall be closing the registration book to suspend the transfer of share for the shareholders' meeting in accordance with Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E.2535. The Board of Directors Meeting has new resolution about record date for the name of shareholders entitling to attend at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the year 2010 shall be record on Monday 15 March 2010. Consequently, Tuesday 16 March 2010 shall be closing the registration book to suspend the transfer of share for the shareholders' meeting in accordance with Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act.
