GLOBAL/SET/201007 12 May 2010 Subject : The company results of operations for three months ended 31 March 2010 Attention : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Siam Global House Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to declare the reviewed financial position and the company results of operations for three months ended 31 March 2010. The net profit was Baht 76.99 million, increased by Baht 39.65 million, or 106.19% compared with the same period of previous year, that increasing more than 20%,which resulted from the following reasons; 1. The company had total incomes for three months ended 31 March 2010 total of Baht 1,460.64 million, increased by Baht 437.23 million, or 42.72% compared with total incomes for three months ended 31 March 2009, which was Baht 1,023.41 million. This resulted from new stores opening since end of first quarter 2009 and same stores in last year have growth too. 2. The company had administrative expenses for three month ended 31 March 2010 total of Baht 57.54 million, decreased by Baht 0.56 million, or 0.96% compared with three months ended 31 March 2009, which was Baht 58.10 million. The company has number of operated stores is equal nine stores in this three month but for the same period last year, the company had only six stores.
